All teams must pre-register by May 16th/11 and pay a $320.00 Registration Fee.

Cancellation of a Team Registration prior to May 20 th/11 will be subject to a $160.00 Cancellation Fee. Any registration cancelled after May 20 th/11will be totally non-refundable.

Teams must consist of at least 1man and 1 woman and be over the age of 18.

Participants must have read and agreed to all the rules and regulations prior to the event.

All team members must sign a Liability Waiver. Copies of all four team member’s Waivers
-
plus Proof of Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance for the Team Driver and Vehicle must be turned in to the Didsbury Ag Office by May 16th to be eligible to participate in Didsbury’s AGmazing Race. Waiver’s not received by the Didsbury’s Ag Office by May 16 th/11 will result

in disqualification from the race with no refund of Registration Fee.

Participants must be wearing the team designated identification at all times and finish the race wearing the designated identification. Teams can opt for and are encouraged to wear team apparel of their choice or the choice of their sponsor, if applicable.

During the event participants must remain with their team members at all times. Teammates leaving the team will be disqualified (unless asked to do so at a Task Station (ie: to complete a Roadblock).

Participants will not be able to begin or leave a task unless all members are present.

Participants may only be able to use the material provided on the day of the race.

All electronic devices such as Cell Phones and GPS Systems are prohibited.

During the race the teams must follow the instructions on the clue cards exactly or risk being disqualified.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in disqualification of your entire team, no refunds on Entry Fees.

Players may not tamper with any other team’s personal belongings such as shoes, clothes, purses, vehicles, camera, body, Race Clues or Challenge or Road Block items.

Players may not inhibit or prevent another team from performing race requirements.

Players may not physically obstruct another team’s access or exit during any part of the race.

Points may be deducted for identifiable litter left along the route (ie: clues, envelopes).

Each team must provide one vehicle, one team member being the sole driver, and provide Proof of Insurance and a valid Driver’s Licence.

Teams must abide by any Facility Use Rules at any Task Station.

All Traffic Laws must be adhered to at all times.

Teams must be prepared to perform a 3 minute Stage Act of their choice. This activity

counts as one of the tasks of the AGmazing Race and is worth 1 point regardless of the

quality of the performance.

Judges decisions will be final.

Prizes will be awarded as follows: $640 for first place; $400 for second place; $320 for third place.
